Is there a demo account?
Yes. Every account has a demo balance of $10,000 in virtual funds, so you can practise without depositing.
What is a binary option?
You predict whether an asset price will be higher or lower after a set time. If you are right you receive the fixed return shown on the trade ticket; if you are wrong you lose the stake.
What is the smallest stake?
The minimum stake is $5. It can differ by asset and is shown on the trade ticket.
Deposits
How can I deposit?
By card or bank through Paystack, or by crypto. Card and bank deposits accept USD, NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR.
What are the deposit limits?
Card and bank deposits are from $10 to $50,000 per transaction.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter the code when you deposit. Each code has its own minimum deposit and maximum bonus, and these are checked when you apply it.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw?
Open Withdrawal in your account, choose a method and enter your details. The amount is taken from your balance when you submit.
Which methods can I use?
Bank transfer, Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20 / ERC20), Card.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
$10.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. KYC verification is required before you can withdraw.
What happens after I submit a request?
It is reviewed by our team and then approved or rejected. If it is rejected, the amount is returned to your wallet and the reason is shown.
Account safety
Can I add extra security?
Yes. Two-factor authentication can be switched on from your account settings.
Rebate
How does the monthly rebate work?
A share of your net losses on real-money trades is returned each month. The percentage depends on your loss tier.
